Oral Presentations
- Each oral presentation lasts 20 minutes, followed by 10 minutes for Q&A.
- A computer and projector will be provided. Presentations should be prepared in PowerPoint format (audio-supported slides are possible).
- Please bring your presentation on a USB stick; it will be uploaded to the conference computer before your session.
Poster Presentations
- Posters must be in A0 size and portrait orientation.
- Participants are responsible for printing their own posters.
- Display boards and fastening materials will be provided.
- The poster session will begin with short pitches: each presenter gives a 1–2 minute overview of their poster before the main session.
